Double dutch (double jump rope) : An original discipline with multiple values:
- Physical
- Artistic
- Mixed
- Coordination
- Team spirit
Double Dutch is by definition a team activity without direct confrontation, with an individual dimension in a collective approach.
On your ropes! Ready...Fire...Jump!
Circus : The circus is an opportunity for children to discover this world. Supervised by experienced professionals, students learn the various circus disciplines, such as acrobatics, balancing, juggling and many others.
This activity encourages creativity, self-confidence and coordination. Children learn to work in groups and to trust each other to perform.
Training sessions are adapted to all skill levels, and children are encouraged to progress at their own pace. They learn to control their bodies and develop agility, flexibility and endurance.
In short, the extracurricular circus activity offers children a unique and enriching experience, enabling them to discover new skills and develop their self-confidence. They learn to work as part of a team, and to push themselves to the limit in order to perform.
