ORGANIZATION OF CESAME WEDNESDAYS

12h30 : the children in primary finish school
P1-P2 registered for the hot lunch (reserved exclusively for pupils enrolled in a Wednesday activity) with Cesame and P1-P2 who bring their own meal box go to the room 001 where they will be picked up by Cesame to go to the canteen, then they will be supervised while waiting for the activity to start (remember to make a note in the agenda so the teacher can drop your child off at the meeting point)
P3-P4-P5 and Secondary registered for the hot lunch (reserved exclusively for pupils enrolled in a Wednesday activity) with Cesame and those who bring their own meal box go to a front of the Pré Vert building where they will be picked up by Cesame to go to the canteen, then they will be supervised while waiting for the activity to start (remember to make a note in the agenda so the teacher can drop your child off at the meeting point)
those enrolled in the OIB daycare stay with the garderie, a person from Cesame will pick them up at 13h20 to go to the activity at the Primary Gymnasium (remember to register this activity via KiddyWeb to make sure we are allowed to pick up your child)
13h30 - 15h00/15h30 : The childrens are in activities

OIB daycare children join their garderie group
Children registered for supervision with Cesame are taken care of until 17h, at which time they are brought back to the Chaussée de Waterloo gate to be picked up by their parents.
children not enrolled in a garderie are picked up by the parents at the Chaussée de Waterloo gate.
For children not enrolled in the OIB garderie, we offer the following options :
hot meals at the canteen for 200 € (34 meals)
supervision from 13h30 to 15h30 or from 15h to 17h for 230 € (210 € from 15h30 to 17h)
RECREATIONAL AFTERNOONS ORGANIZATION
12h30 : children finish school and are picked up in the Fabiola hall
12h30/13h30 : Canteen and playground
13h30/15h00 : recreational activities
15h00 : pick up children in the Fabiola hall. Please be punctual!
FRIDAY ORGANIZATION
For children registered for an activity from 12:00pm to 1:00pm or 1:00 pm to 2:30pm, a meeting is organised in the courtyard under the primary gymnasium. The children are picked up there by their monitor.
For the 1:00pm activities, please note that from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, the children are supervised in the playground (it is therefore not necessary to take a garderie).
At the end of the activities, the children are taken to the Opstal gate to be picked up by their parents or dropped off at the Cesame or OIB garderies.
Children enrolled in the OIB Uccle garderie who wish to register for one of these activities are picked up directly by their garderie instructor and brought back to the activity site at the end of the activity. Parents must give permission to the APEEE Services on KiddyWeb to pick up their child.
ORGANIZATION FOR 15H45 ACTIVITIES
For children registered for an activity from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m., a meeting point is organised in room 001 where the children are picked up by their instructor. After the activity, the children are accompanied to the gate on the chaussée de Waterloo or to the OIB daycare.
