TABLE TENNIS

The benefits of table tennis for children are coordination (hand with the ball, ball trajectory), alertness, reflexes and concentration. It is important to be fast but to measure and measure the force that you put into the racket.

 

CHESS

Want to develop your chess strategies? This course is designed to quickly learn the basic rules so that children can have fun playing exciting games.

 

MINI FOOT

Soccer is a sport that encourages cooperation, communication and team spirit. Children learn to work together to achieve a common goal, while developing their self-confidence and self-esteem.

SELF DEFENSE

Sport practice that combines techniques and basic principles of martial arts and combat sports. During the classes, children learn to know their body better, to have the right attitude when facing delicate or tense situations and to be efficient by reproducing simple gestures without aggressiveness.

BASKETBALL

The aim is to place the child in the context of his or her sporting activity and to start the session with a fun and progressive warm-up to get the child playing basketball. In this way, the child will be challenged according to the essence and fundamentals of basketball.

BADMINTON

Badminton allows you to develop several skills. By definition, badminton is played on a delimited playing area divided by an obstacle (the net).

VOLLEY

Dive for the ball at the last minute, set up a decisive attack with a perfect pass from a teammate, or open up great opportunities with a well placed serve! Children have a great time playing volleyball, especially when they get to touch a lot of the ball and help build the game.

FENCING

The practice of foil allows to acquire speed in the execution of the gestures, precision and a coordination to any test!

MANGA

Lovers of manga or comics in general, come and learn how to build narrative narratives through the tools of European or Japanese comics. To give you the opportunity to discover the rich cultural context behind manga or European comics.

GYMNASTIC SPORTS

Gymnastics is an all-round sport requiring strength, flexibility, balance, technique and an artistic touch. It is practiced on several apparatus: bars, beams, floor...

THEATER 

The workshop offers the opportunity to discover or deepen theatrical practice through exercises in speech, listening, space, emotions...
With the help of tools such as text, music, improvisation and the staging of a show, the child (or teenager) will have the opportunity to develop his or her sensitivity, humor and expressiveness.  All of this with "the pleasure of playing" as the sole driving force.

Enrolment implies a complete commitment: regular attendance and performance in front of an audience at the end of the year.
