A playful programme for the well-being of your children !
Just like adults, today's children are subject to many demands, information and pressures on a daily basis, and are often stressed and scattered.
Mindfulness appears to be a simple and effective tool to help them calm down and focus.
Over the course of the sessions, the child will learn to stop the automatic pilot and relax in order to get the best out of themselves through playful activities including games, crafts and music.

Who should attend? Pupils in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
