We are pleased to invite you to take part in our satisfaction survey.

In collaboration with our Board of Directors and our Management Committees, we have drawn up a series of questions for each service, in order to gather your opinion on the quality of our services.

For the sake of simplicity, the questionnaire is short: 6 to 7 questions per service. You can choose to answer only the sections corresponding to the services you use. The questions are closed-ended to facilitate processing. If you have a suggestion, please don't hesitate to use the contact/feedback button on our website, the link to which you'll find in the survey.
