KINDERGARTEN
CAPOEIRA
Capoeira takes a variety of forms, played and/or wrestled at different ground levels and speeds, usually accompanied by instruments, singing and hand-clapping.
BALL SPORTS
Sports activities that allow children to try out different sports such as soccer, basketball, etc.
In particular, we'll be improving running technique, coordination, positioning and markers, all of which are specific to ball sports.
YOGA
The practice of yoga has many benefits for children: it reduces stress, builds body awareness and makes them feel good about themselves. It relies mainly on playful imagery, exploration of the senses and visualization.
PRIMARY
ATHLETICS
This class will teach your child walking, running techniques, breathing, jumping and relays.
BALL SPORTS
Sports activities that will allow the child to try different sports such as football, basketball, etc. In particular, we will improve running technique, coordination, placement and the notions of demarcation that are specific to ball sports.

KARATE
Consists of an initiation to the path of martial arts, not only by learning the coordination of movements, but also by developing respect, discipline and moral understanding.
